We collect information you provide directly:

  • Account information (email, name) when you register
  • Conversation content — messages you send to AI advisors
  • Payment information (processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers)
  • Usage data — queries made, advisors used, timestamps

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and improve the Service
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions
  • To enforce our Terms of Service
  • To send transactional emails (receipts, security alerts)

We do not use your conversation data to train AI models. Your conversations are processed by Anthropic's API subject to their privacy terms, and are stored securely in your account.

3. Data Sharing

We share your data only with:

  • Anthropic — AI inference provider (conversation content processed during API calls per their privacy policy)
  • Stripe — Payment processing (billing data)
  • Supabase — Database hosting (encrypted at rest)
  • Vercel — Application hosting

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data and conversations while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing privacy@veridia.ai. We will delete your data within 30 days.

5. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We implement row-level security in our database so users can only access their own data.

6. Your Rights (CCPA/GDPR)

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Port your data in a machine-readable format
  • Opt out of marketing communications

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (Supabase session). We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes

We will notify you of material changes to this policy via email 30 days before they take effect.
